Latest yoga sessions at Taj Omayma
A yoga Practice that is drawing from Astanga and Vinyasa Krama styles, with a systematic targeting of the following areas: {Hamstrings}, {Hips}, {Back}, {Shoulders} and {Wrists, Twists and Ankles}. Each of those core joints, articulations and muscle groups are worked intensively through carefully sequenced flows. The aim is to achieve spontaneous release of core blockages in a structured format. To work in a progressive manner to build a foundation for a strong integral practice. Focus is placed on structural alignment and posture precision, as well as breath mindfulness while threading poses together. The aim is to guide each participant towards a deeper understanding of the asanas and the biomechanics of the body.
